Does it protect against warcry/intim/CM debuffs ? a little help here please....

New stuff: no.
and it doesn't really work too well anyway.

it doesnt do crap. I think they neither thought it out very well nor tested it at all before they pushed it through. Some sleepy, overworked, coder pulled a number out of his ass and thought it would be acceptable.

it *should* work against pre-cu states. but technically warcry, and debuffs arent states
