I have a shirt with +15/+15 bio-enhanced mods.
4 socks.
Can I put this attachment in.
Clothing Assembly: 8
Double Bladed LS Accuracy: 8
Structure Experimentation: 7
and then this one:
Force Accuracy: 3
Double Bladed LS Speed: 12
Pistol Speed: 4
And have the following stick:
Clothing Assembly: 8
Double Bladed LS Accuracy: 8
Structure Experimentation: 7
Double Bladed LS Speed: 12

If I understand correctly you would end up with:
clothing 8
dbl ls acc 8
dbl ls speed 12
dbl ls speed 12
I guessing that when adding the last tape tht the dbl ls speed would not add into the existing dbl ls speed socket.
You can BE clothing with 16 to reach ranged def, btw.
Can I have this stuff???!! Where does one find nice attaches like these?

Yes you are correct, after the 1st tape you'll have 1 socket left, then when you put the 2nd tape in, the highest mod will stick.

you misunderstand 
I want the two attachments to equal what I *think* will end up in the final process, but I'm not sure if it works like that.
