ok on topic yeah talking to some friends they have had it bug out on them (normally in duels) i'm fairly sure it's lag based teh same as the cannot kd recover while kd 'bug' just hit esc and try again usually fixes it for them

yes i have had it bug out on me like that. also if you watch it takes 3-4 seconds for it to actually mitigate any damage.
