Thread: Hanging up my Sabre

Well at full Temp have done most of the questsdont care to PVP at all and after reading most of all the recent post here i dont c any reason to continue on with jedi.
So i decided to play my alt and grind to MCH/MCarbs i will prob not get this new jedi expansion cant justify paying for content or more quests and if then what i know now about being a jedi would have never went for it been fun and now to the creature handler boards

move onto something else, trust me you wont look back. The fact that the forums are more rewarding than the game speaks volumes.
I cancelled my account 2 weeks ago and I actually feel really good about it, the reason being this game is finished, only the people playing don’t know that yet.
The sooner this game is put to bed, the sooner Lucas arts can start creating a new online star wars universe, the stories are there, there aare enough talented people there the only hurdle we have is the people currently playing the game and sony.
Give the contract to bio ware or blizzard, you might not like world of warcraft, me personally I think it very well done but god damn, can they make a game with quest system that works, with loot drops up the ying yang and specials that most of the time do what they are designed for!
so yeh I’ve hung up my sabre and I’m here out of curiosity, I see nothing changed no wait did they nerf something again.

I played WoW for about 2 weeks when it first came out and at the time I wasn't intrested. I since reactivated my account and I have to say, Blizzard spoils you!!! Coming back into SWG was a feeling of dread. i never thought I would feel that why when logging into this game and low-and-behold it's come to pass.
The current studio working on develop has got to be one of the worst in gaming history.
Anyone have any fingures to point at a studio who's done a _worse_ job then SOE? I'm thinking the guys responsible for DDO and the LotRmmo. They have a nasty reputation with Asheron's Call2.

The last two or three weeks has been a total mess. I've logged on about 3 times since and for about an hour each. My guildies are on wow. Ive joined them. But I cannot get into but so much. Just liked being a jedi (or thought I would). But Im def. playing less and less. I will obv. stick around for exp. after that, who knows. The only thing that I know for sure is that I've saved a bunch of money on my car insurance.

It's a shame. SOE's to blame. Even though it's just a game. I know rhyming is lame.

the only benifit i have seen for me in the post cu game is that I dont look at porn so much on the internet. I think all that grinding in front of my monitor has lowered my sperm count...I know its lowered my IQ.

Since we can't drop our sabers or trade them how will you "hang it up"? I'm confused. What were we talking about?
