Yes I can prove it but if I reveal it, the Dev's will know exactly where I got it from. It isinformation that I have access to when I was bound by the NDA. I am no longer bound by the NDA, but do not want my account banned if I reveal it either.

Heheh that was to obvious but i think it was because a certain corro might have find a cloaker and TOLD that certain Dev to nerf it
