Before the devs announced the cloak balance there were alot of BHs who suggested to move the Cloak skill to the master box. What did the Jedi do? They said no and that that would ruin their templates bla bla whine whine.

Now the devs announced the cloak balance and I keep reading a lot of posts saying that moving Cloak to the master box would've fixed all the problems bla bla whine whine.

Doesn't anyone else see the hipocrisy in this?

I agree, it IS funny how nearly everyone seems to be doing a 180 on the issue. There are STILL those who are asking for it to stay a tier 4 ability AND not change, but there will always be people who want things to stay the way that they are.

I personally have no powers in my template, but I do see only a few issues with cloak as it currently stands. First is that it is being exploited to loot areas otherwise unaccessable to even well coordinated teams. Unfortunately these people were SCREAMING for the nerf bat for the rest. Pitty....

Second, IF the new FRS is based on PvP wins AND losses, the cloakers as it now stands would be highly unskilled if they EVER were killed. That wouldn't lead for a very good light side FRS since most dark jedi seem to have powers and most light are saber. How in the world could the FRS be coded to take this into consideration? (Perhaps coding wins more strongly than losses, etc.? Or find a way to penalize a jedi who enters combat then cloaks to escape? I'm not sure...)

Oh, and you get extra credit for getting the saying correct. It IS I could NOT care less. What does it mean to say "I could care less?" That means that it COULD be the most important issue to you. I have NO idea why 90% of people get this saying backwards and CONTINUE to use it. Sort of like saying, "Make like a tree and get out of here." LOL

I could really care less about the whole issue.

However, what I find ammusing is you implying that if someone flames you for flaming them... that they in fact are the immature ones?

Now that's hypocracy!

I am Mpowers and I never supported moving it to the master box, because moving it there would not solve all of the exploits that can be done with it any way.

I was in favor of fixing the bugs it has like CM ticks, dueling AOE, examine etc, and making interaction with the game world impossible while cloaked. ei no attacks, no tickets, shuttles, ships, containers, healing others, etc.

Taking away without giving something in return is just a bad way to treat customers if you intend to keep them.

I really didnt care if it moved or not... it would be nice if it did to stop dabblers (sorry, but u really shouldnt be able to dabble and get this) but now i think they should move it only to avoid ths nerf (it will kill us, the snare will gfet us AOE'd to death

i take back my last one... i think (thanx to a poster on my thread) that MP should get an improved cloak with no snare and thw ability to heal (still no containers and healing others... thats unair) and have the regular one nerfed to hinder the evil dabblers

Well I'm a Jedi and I didn't say that, so you lose.

I love how you say that Jedi are hypocrites like we're all the exact same person.

Why don't you be a real winner and go search through and find all the Jedi that complained about cloak being moved to the master box........and then find them saying it should be moved to the master box (hypocrisy) and post their names.

Instead you have to come in here and look like an ass bag by lumping everyone together. Way to beapart of the problem ace.

First of all, I did'nt accuse all the Jedi of being hypocrite but some certainly were regarding this issue.

And I'm not flaming anyone here, just stating an opinion. I didn't call for specific names.
