not that i know of,they gave everyone a token respec to keep for such situations,so i seriously doubt we'll get another
Rumor for now, but most likely WILL happen.
The "Story" is that the reintroduction of the new FRS is basically a 3rd revamp for us. Most of the time I wouldn't believe any of it, but based on the extensive changes, the separation between Light & Dark Jedi, and the potential removal of Jedi from the GCW, I have to believe this is more than likely true.
What we do know:
- LA said publicly that they were not happy with the current Jedi system due to the lack of a division between Light & Dark skill sets / paths.
- SOE introduced a system, got feedback and then LA approved a new system.
What we can assume:
- Since LA wanted a change in the skill structure more attached to the Light / Dark Sides, we can safely assume they expected it to be in any changes. So expect separate skills sets based on the path of the force you choose.
- The FRS & skill set changes will be together. This makes development sense and system sense since they will affect eachother rather dramatically.
- A Jedi Respec will be given when the skill changes go into effect.
- Statements of the Dev's can lead one to believe that with the introduction of the new FRS our role will change in the GCW, by either making us a 4th tier or removing us completely.
- The desire to do this by winter is strong since the Jedi pop continues to grow and they have nothing to do but cause trouble until the FRS comes.
I am inclined to agree, I also think that information to the customer base, on what may or maynot be planned would be a help, if they decide not to allow a respec for the frs then allow us to gain some insite into what the planned frs is going to require of us. I for one would like to try and set my template for that, before i have to grind out 2-6 more trees cause i guessed wrong.
