Try the BE forums, if anyone had a complaint about them not working it would be posted there for sure.

I don't think they do. Me and my friend ran a simple 10 second test just before some imperials showed up in a rebel city of ours to raid. He put the full set of BE clothes on (+15ranged/melee defense)...i did an attack 5 times...took them off...i did the same attack 5 times...same damage.

I very much prefer the terrain negotiation mods. Helps out a lot when you have to drop your last scout skills.

might work . . but its really too small a diff to notice. now if you can stack BE clothes with some other stuff . . .
