I was just wondering which spice is best for pvp with bounty hunters?

Booster Blue for everything for me (well perhaps not for those spice raves)
it keeps my action and mind regen up while lowering health regen (if my tired brain remember correctly)
the action/mind regen increase is veryhelpful and I can counter the lowering health regen with brandy and heals as required
