is it true that crystals can only tune up to 110 dmg and pearls up to 120?

and do a prem pearl tune better then a prem crystal?

any other info on the differences would be great

Im not sure of the exact specifications on the two above items.. But from my experience... crystals are garbage compared to the stats i get on pearls... even the crappy ones

its just been my experience that pearls tune for better speed on avg than crystals do. yes they have different max potentials but its still random.
