You're right, although I always seemed to have better luck tuning Prems than Flawless (especially considering that the flawless used to cost twice as much as the prems before the cu)

like quality vs good now for me.
qualitys tune like poopoo. but it shows its all random. i know someone who tuned a good to 119 -8!!!!!

i would like to state tho that i have tuned 100+ pearls good-quality and 100+ crystals and i have nothing over 100 dam
