Maybe I am a litte bit too simple minded when it come to these kinds of things, but whatever happend to the philosophy that the customer is always right?

I realize SOE cant make everyone happy. They cant create the perfect game for everyone. But good lord, looking at the amount of outrage from a section of players who probably make up the majority of players in this game, that being the Jedi you would think SOE would do something.

Well I am just a simple non-jedi with a bh alt. I do however feel pity for you the Jedi who are the veteran players of this game. It is unfortunate that you have been shafted and they dont seem to care.

Maybe they can take a step back from their computers and remember the old addage "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!"

speaking of which, verraten, you want your AA or not? Havn't replied to my PM's... O.o

Ban me!

Only then will you show that your only response to our outcry is to silence us. Prove to us that you and the devs don't want to respond to us. Then you will show your true nature to the dark side of marketing.

Ban me, and take your role along sony, and rule the corporate world as rich boss and wanna-be lacky!

Take your button, and strike me down with all your corperate policies! I am unarmed...

You are only one customer of about a million.

The posters on this board are only round about 1000 customers of a million.

The "omgz00r i gonn4 l34ve now if cant get meh c00kie" posters are about 100 of a million.

The players who enjoy a more challenging PvE, a viable SL-profession and dont care about BHz0rs and Jeedai are about 900.000 of a million.

Yes you are right. I am a very small percentage of the customer base. So are all these other people. But you have obviously never had a customer service job in your life. If you did you would understand how ridiculous your statement is.

Sadly the customer is not always right. If i were selling motorcycles and a guy walked in off the street having never even sat on a bike before and wanted a Hayabusa with nitrous, I wouldn't sell it to him because he'd end up dead. If players ran this game they would run it into the ground. Basically everyone who isn't a jedi right now would quit, if jedi were as powerful as many seem to want them to be. The game would be absolutely unplayabe. How many people would grind for several months to get a jedi they would ABSOLUTELY NEED to participate in pvp or GCW? Not many, wiht loss of casual players and new players the game would die off quickly.

Newsflash sunshine, this game doesn't have even have close to a million customers. Judging by the slipshod work that has gone into this game I'd imagine that most n00bs who come to this game leave fairly soon unless they already have good mates who are playing, in which normally their mates would tell them not to bother as they are cancelling and going elsewhere (CoH, WoW, back to DAoC etc).

I'd say that now more so than in the past the majority of current subscribers are aware of these boards and read them a lot more frequently than when the game was first out.

The correct phrase is: "The customer is always right... In his own mind."

i agree here,

All us old jedi are been punished for there mistake of making it so easy to get jedi.

It took me over 1year to get and grind out my jedi.

I am sick of seeing 2 week fully templated jedi,

Bring back perm death andsaber tefand make us as strong as we should be.
