Thread: Serious question for Tiggs (or Garva, or whoever)

Howdy,
With all the forum problems today and complaints about things, I put forth to ask you (in view of the frequent thread locks)...how would you like us to express our dislike for something going on in the game? And I realize that perhaps posting good comprehensive ideas or PMing them to Tiggs would be a typical answer, but I have done both of these things frequently myself, to no avail (not a canned "We are looking into this" answer or anything...just plain ignoring me). However, I see that trolling the forums and causing a ruckus gets SOME response, positive or negative. So please, rather then lock my thread, I am honestly asking: How would you, the devs and moderators, like for us to express our dislike and criticisms of something in game, in a manner which might actually get a response?

I've contacted SOE, with copies to LA, several times and have received no response. It seems the only thing they pay attention to are Subscrition canelations. I, for one, would just like some explanations.

Problem is, when you make people spend a year to grind a character then continually monkey around with it...eh..people are going to get angry.

Tangentally,
Before the last publish a MCM/MBH had his second fight with a friend of mine who has a very welll- done, strong jedi. The fight took 45 minutes (as did the last one) and just as that friend ran out of force after popping the second holo, the mbh dropped his mission...he quit just as he may have won.
Now if it had been my jedi, I would have been toast. I have the same template but can't get a good tune and therefore am pretty easy prey.
But what is really amusing is what this bh boasted as he dropped the mission; that Pub 24 would make things even.
Even, in this case meaning, that he can kill anyone, not just fail occasionally.
