My question has been and will remain simple, yet unanswered it seems:
If CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is not allowed here, what avenue of "customer service" gives me, us, the proper venue for said constructive criticism.
I understand things got out of control. Part, if not most of that blame I believe is on Garva's complete disregard for anythign said and just deleting items thus making people move from dismay and discouragement, to outright anger for his complete disregard for the customers views.
So. A definitive on the record would be appreciated.
Are these forums for only RA H RAH SOE! or are they meant as a community service arena for the good, the bad and the ugly of the game.
I will agree that the large portion of my gripes center on the Jedi profession. I am biased, just as I would expect any other profession to be about their beloved profession. BUT, there are unifying issues that cross the board that many, if not a majority of FORUM users are upset about.
The BIG question I have is: What recourse do I (we) have in voicing our desires/concerns/questions?
Correspondents are appreciated, but in reality, I have seen at least one, and probably a few that have quit for the exact reasons I am upset. Lack of Dev communication.
Please, teach us where to properly voice, with a reasonable expectation of acknowledgement, our issues. If not here.....WHERE?
Thank you. And if you feel a need to ban me again for this particular post, it is your right in practice, but philosophically you would be wrong.

And what is this based on? This started way
before I even got into work yesterday
But sure you can blame it on
me. Did you even read my post? or the replies? Because if you did
you would know your statements make absolutely no sense. There is no
disregard, there is infact a message stating "We have let them know how
you all feel" and to stop posting just rage (which is not any sort of
criticism) additionally, people have messages MOVED to a more
appropraite forum and go "omg my message is gone" when it was moved,
and the original posters were even contacted and informed.
If you wont read what we do communicate,
and if you only go on what others are posting without reading it
yourself, there is no way we will ever say anything that will make you
happy.
