We all know that they more a jedi fights a bh, bhs etc their visibility goes up. We know alot run and hide cause they don't want a line of jedis rolling up on em.

So how about this

Jedi fights and kills bounty hunter after them. A timer starts say 10 minutes, if no other bounty hunter can catch that jedi before the 10 min timer ends, then the jedi is rewarded by missions dropping off of terminal, other jedis recieve mission incomplete. But if jedi logs or goes afk in those 10 mins mission stays on terminal.

this way rewards the jedi for beating the bh.
