Hey everyone,

The other night I was in a group, I was seen by this dude driving by before I had time to react - i use a modem. Anyhow, last night while in a group a janta ran by so again more vis. How many times can you be seen before you get vis and also, I know it takes 3 weeks to decay totally, but will events drop off as the three weeks for that event go by, or do I need to not been seen at all for 3 weeks.
