It would be used just like Force Aura. If hit with an energy weapon, you still take the damage from it, but a percentage of the damage would recharge some force. Just a thought. Gotta give some love to the healers out there.

you mean like force absorb from enhancer? but for ranged energy weapons?

Is this something from the EU, a jedi or sith learnt to do? as i don't remember anything from the films to this order, except i guess the closest would be vader reflecting blaster fire with his hand.
