Thread: why are pre-cu sabers better?

i know everyone says ther are i was just wondering how they were better? i'm not doubting it it's just that my pre-cu saber was pretty crappy cuz i wasn't master sabers at the time just 0402LS 
higher dmg? better speed? better sac?

Pre-Cu, Efficiency included speed also, so you actually expieremented on FC and Speed at the same time. Now they are two different lines, so usually pre-cu sabers have .2 less speed or more.

Pre-cu Sabers generally refer to the fact they have pre-cu pearls and crystals in them and not these garbage post-cu "good" pearls and crystals.

No pre cu sabers converted over with 100 sac and they used 2 experimentation lines so you got speed with the efficiency line and so hence they are faster and use less action. Tons of people have pearls looted from pre cu in post cu sabers........the difference is the crafting process. If they would recombine the lines into 2 lines again you could produce a sweet hilt to build on. Pearls are not everything ......just almost everything.

Yeah, typicallya MLS with post-CU saber has around 1.5-1.6 modded speed, with a pre-CU saber, it's around 1.1-1.2 speed (it also depends on the pearls inside).

true but i hated my precu saber i was glad to craft a new one 96sac vs 100 is a big difference

Well, I'd say exactly the opposite, there's very little difference. I had a 95 SAC saber and later I crafted one with 98 (put the last point in damage). No visible difference at all really.

No, 95 is possible depending on server resources.

all my 15 friend's lightsabers have 0 sac
