Actually, a simple snare now makes having force run not even worth it, as a snare pretends FR or any other speed buff isn't there.
My BH alt is just as strong & diverse as my Jedi toon, plus it took me a few days to grind him & that's really sad to see.
MBH/MCM and MCM/MCM+SL buffs can take any melee toon 1 on 1, Jedi or not.

Your saber and template might be part of it, but of all the post-cu jedi in my guild not a one of them has to run from a BH. I have had three or four today, none were close fights, but then I do have a decent saber. Alot of it is your attitude. If you see a BH and then turn and run, you already expect to lose and when you are forced to fight, you do so at a disadvantage. If you change your mental attitude to intend to kill them, you will have a much better chance. BH's are no different than you are. The cockier they are, the faster they fall. They have some advantages, you just need to learn how to be a Jedi. You need to learn your template and how to maximize your own skills and minimize your weaknesses.
Watch his health bar, look at his buffs, don't unload all your force action and mind on him when he is the hardest to kill, let his buffs run out, then get him when his action is low. Plan what to do, think, don't just react. Make them start to be the ones reacting. You make mistakes that way,when you are on the defensive.

Precisely. I've only lost once to a BH 1v1 and that was Pre-Cu while I had a diff temp during my Knight Trials.....I have a mdef/mls template....If the BH is good, I wear the bh down:auto attack saberthrow, do force supression,keep armor break on.....then basically wait for my time to strike....then he's dead.
So, learn your temp and what you can do, know your opponent's foods and yours etc....=Win.
