Devs dont respond here, find csrs in game, they actually talk to you about the Jedi to an extent. wee

i found someone sitting by a baz nitch lair, asked if they need help, they responded with "there is a admin about"
then he told me the guys name i msged him and found out he was a real csr for soe. but like all soe ppl they refuse to give info on jedi fs stuff in particular

The purpose of this post is not to inflame, cajole, prompt, or provoke any individual or group of individuals to act in a manor unsuitable for these forums.

Notice of percieved constructive breach of contract.
grounds of establishment: We the undersigned veteran subscribers of Star Wars: Galaxies (henceforth we, us, our, subscriber(s) a.k.a. Jedi, et al) do hereby notify the management of Sony Online Entertainment, their partners, and employees (henceforth SOE, service provider, provider) of what we view as constructive Breach of Contract.
1) We have been subjected to objectively difficult and unpleasant conditions to the extent that any reasonable subscriber would feel compelled tocancel their subscription(s).
2) We have been subjected to a continuous pattern of discriminatory harassment and other outrageous conduct by the developers and representatives (henceforth agents) of SOE; Star Wars: Galaxies...this conduct would cause a reasonable subscriber to feel compelled to cancel their subscription(s).
Preconditions:
1) We have notified appropriate representatives of SOE, in writing, that conditions exist that we believe to be so difficult or unpleasant that wefeel compelled to or intend to cancel our subscription(s)

2) We have allowed SOE ample time to take corrective actions regarding said conditions.
3) We have read and considered SOE's response to our our written communication.

We recognize that any communications by SOE in response to our communications shall not be deemed an admission by SOE that it has committed any action that gives rise to any claim or cause of action by us against SOE.
We believe that a subscriber is encouraged to communicate to a service provider whenever the subscriber believes conditions may become intolerable to the subscriber and may cause the subscriber to cancel their subscription(s). We believe it is in the best interests of all parties to notify an appropriate representative of the provider in writing that a condition exists that the subscriber believes is intolerable, that will compel the subscriber to cancel their subscription(s) or that constitutes a constructive breach.
Notwithstanding any other statements in this section we feel that we have been subjected to a continuous pattern of outrageous conduct by SOE, including discriminatory harassment by SOE and/or agents of SOE, represented by recent developments, conduct such as that would cause a reasonable subscriber to feel compelled to cancel their subscription(s). We present this in good faith and view this as a last resort for subscribers to have a singular voice before seeking further recourse.
