anyone know where i can find em... cant find any around the gungan palace poi

I never found any at that spawn, best thing to do is pick up a couple of Rogue Gungan Missions, in opposite directions, there should be 1 spawn at each of them, you kill the flamp, dont destroy the lair, drive to the other and kill the flamp, then go back to the first, repeat this till they flamps stop spawning, then you would need to pick up new missions, or until you finish the quest

I found actually 3 lairs within 1kM of each other south of the PoI 
Though this was right after server reset

this is the info i used to find them months ago. hope it helps...Naboo location 200 900, -109 1507, -31 1844, 118 1722.

see problem is i cant find missions for em on naboo....am i doin sometin wrong

just head out in the swamps... if you see gungans you are on the right track.

just do gungan arrmy missons out of moenia i got my 20 that way
