Thread: A bandaid to a bigger problem. Change Rancor Aid to work with all snares

Well the item is in the game now and I'm sure it would not be too difficult to change the coding to make it work with all snares. This is not the best solution to being perma-snared but at least it would provide some means of fighting back, even if its just for 1:30-2min.

Snares and roots are too powerful vs melee types (like most jedi). Making Rancor Aid work with all movement hindering effects is the wrong solution however as it makes Rancor Aid a necessity to survive.


A better way would be to give snares/roots a chance to break on damage. Or even better, provide a way to be able to resist those sort of attacks (with CAs, food/drink etc).
