Thread: Just had a fight with a bh, took my mind crystal before the battle and guess what?

Even with a plus 900 mind crystal, i was out of mind in less than 30 seconds....is this possible? Never had it happen before and checked the combat logs and saw nothing about anything other than regular pistol shots, fire, and poison hit me the complete log. Are there another exploit about draining mind? He was mcm/bh and i have fought at least 10 post cu and that was my first loss. I always get nervous after soe fixes something....something else gets broken and its usually a jedi skill.

If you were out of mind in 30 seconds and your more than a half template you are just not very good. Most people can survuve more than 30 seconds just using ruby biel.

thats the problem, i am mdef, mls, heal 4x4x and my mind was shot quick...dont be making judgements about players abilities. that just makes you look like a jerk. I had 15 bh wins in a row with no problems at all till tonight. I know how to fight, the reason i brought this up was to compare notes after the fix to see if anyone else had this problem tonight.
if you even knew what you are talking about you would know that its almost impossible to drain mind that fast even if you tried.

Take saber pearls out and then put them back in again worked for me.

I do know what I'm talking about which is why the only reason someone runs out of mond that fast is because they suck.

Mdef jedi usually don't have a problem with MCM jedi seeing how with aura and valor active the BH never hits you. all you have to do is worry about the dots. I fail to see how he could drain your mind so fast? Hell i am a non defender jedi and still don't have mind drainage like this. SSSOOOO, either it must be a bug or something really wierd like that or player error. ( i amnot saying it is your fault and you suck or anything, just that it is either a bug or there really is no other conclusion to come to.

this isnt a speed problem at all, its a major mind drain issue. i had just made the saber and only has a sac cost of 96. should never have gotten that low with that saber in that short a period. This is something else.

yeah, this even astounded me with this fast a drain. Never seen anything drop so fast...I actually did a dump in the middle of the fight and it was still going down so fast i could see it fall at an alarming rate.

Try contacting a CSR and tell them your saber is using a crap load of mind and they will replace it for you maybe. If this was happening to alot of people we would see alot of posts like this.

dont think the issue is the saber...was dueling right before the bh fight and never lost more than 1/4 of mind at anytime. This issue started in the bh fight. there is no doubt of that. I dont mind the loss, i am fully templated and have 4 million banked so it actually helped me get off the terminals and one hours grind i will be back at 4 million. was going to have a buddy bh kill me this week anyway so i can get back to normal grinds.

So how many times did you heal in your fight.
I'm a mdef and against a BH I rarely have to heal against BHers.

only about 4 times, two with stims two by healer teir 4 line. the fight didnt last more than 90 seconds, after mind was gone nothing i could do.
