Thread: i was hit while cloaked?

ok so i was pvping and i tried to make an escape. i cloaked but the 5 guys were still following me, then one of them hit me and i uncloaked to retaliate. also i turned off all my force visual effects so they couldn't see where i was going but they were able to follow me anyways. there were no npcs or anythign around where they could area attack so i dont get it. anyone know how they did this? if u know could u send me a private message or somethin?

u obviously missed the part where i said that there was nothing they could area attack besides themselves and there is still the question on how they were following me if i have no visual effects coming off of me?? i was making sharp turns and everything.

CMs can throw poisons and fire on u while cloaked as well...if u cant heal while cloaked, your gonna be a gonner

wait .....
soon it gets worse ........
no healing while cloaked (or you decloak) , plus a snare while you cloaked so the CM BH can chase you and grief you all over again.

They can /follow <your_name>
They can /areaattack each other.

And how can you turning off graphical effect on youre GUI make any difference to someone elses?...

He never mentioned graphical effects on his GUI.
He said force visual effects such as heal and aura, etc.

Yeah all they did was dueled each other and area attacked. You will get hit, but cant get pulled out of cloak. The only way you can get pulled out of cloak is if you attack or kd recover. I was overt once in theed just sitting there cloaked and all the sudden another cloaker dueled a bh near me and used area kd with force powers and ended up kding me so i had to just sit there and take it. Soon he decided to start area attacking the bh and i started loosing health and ended up having to kd recover and stand up. Yeah i ended up dying to the bh and i lost about 440k xp. I just love being exploited and loosing xp, i even put in a ticket yet the csrs said im sorry you cant prove it we cant help you, i replied with another ticket saying how can anyone prove anything??? so i guess you just have to take it up the butt when you get explioted.
O and on the follow thing, yeah they can just /follow you, or /waypoint you, or /examine you. About a month ago you were also able to turn on simple character shadows and actually see the cloaker, but they fixed that now yet still left all the other ways to see a cloaker in the game. And now they are nerfing it wohoo i love that so much
