Thread: I think there's something wrong with cloak

anyone notice anything odd about this picture? i was being attacked like this for 20-30 seconds before the jedi uncloaked - deliberate or not it isn't good. i new cloak was nice but being able to attack while cloaked is a little too far.

its a bug. its happens when ....*EDIT*.... (cant tell cause it will tell ppl who dont know how to do to do it). it happened to me when i had cloak and you can do everything your not suppose to do when this bug is used. i only tried doing this once to see how this happened and it worked. i only used cloak for running away from BHs when i was lower lvl grinding, doing vettes, temples, sneaking up on ppl in PvP when they were weak or dying and other fun stuff like pulling krayts, etc. but i never used it for exploit

It is because of people like that using xploits that will cause Cloak to get N******.

that is why i never used it cause cloak is a cool ability and i might get it back one day. hopefully they just only "fix" this bug, not N*** it. cant say the word either cause it just might happen

It happens every so often, not that big of a deal unless your in a big fight since you can still attack them though.

What are u kidding man? Of course its a big deal. You can't fight while cloaked! thats cheap!

I just noticed this bug too... I entered combat while cloaked and was like **Mod Bot - Be Nice** why am I not uncloaking. It wasn't PvP though and it was me being attacked by NPCs while cloaked so I was getting hit like alot of damage and was like why am I getting hit while cloaked.

I very much doubt cloak will be nerfed because of this they will fix it eventually along with force run 2 and 3 doing max damage while activated, or they will have to nerf that too.

quick fix wait 15 seconds, decloak and then recloak. fixed no more bugged cloakage. login and follow those directions before you do anything else, thus guaranteeing that you are not even remotely 'accidently' exploiting.
