when a bh kills u he shouldnt be able to ever get a mission on u again come on he thinks ur dead

That is true, and an interesting idea. But the best BHs in the game would have no targets then. If they killed almost all the jedi. Im sure there would be times they would get online and have no targets to hunt, even though there are like 100+ jedi online.
But realistically speaking, yes it is an interesting concept. How about he isn't allowed to hunt you for another 15 days. I think that would be interesting and im a BH
