Has anyone been able to complete this? My server (Valcyn) hasn't been letting entire groups go down into the beetle cave. When we hit enter it will send the invitation to maybe 2 other people and the other 5 will be waiting outside. I dont know what to do. Any sugguestions?

when we did it, the cave only let 6 in we had a group of 8 and 2 left out so we grouped down to 6 people and it let us all in
just go with 6 people and it shud work
someone told me they had a group of 8 go in but i dont know how

Yeah I had a full group of 8. Everyone has to have the mission to enter or else ppl will be waiting outside. Once inside you have to destroy the 4 lairs and then all of the beetles. After that the foreman spawns with defender beetles. Kill all the defender beetles before you touch the foreman. Kill the foreman and you are done.

Nope, the group members do not need to have the mission to enter the instance. I have done this one with groups where only half the members had the quest but everyone was able to get in.
Here is what is going wrong for you. Have everyone in the group click the cave door so that the radial dial option changes from "use" to "Enter Kubazi Beetle Cave". Do not have them click the option to enter, just click the door till the "use" option goes away. When all group members have done this the whole group may enter.
