Ive seen quite a few posts complaining about the bacta toss bug healing droids.Im a DE, have been since launch and Im fully aware of this nasty situation as my main is a jedi. There are a few ways around this edge.

1.) use a probot also. take some of that edge in heals away with a boost to your dps. I think on eclipse im the only jedi that Ive ever seen use a droid for combat. Yes theyre only lvl 30 but they really help. I use one when hunting gdk on Lok. They save on force costs. And they provide an annoying distraction to a BH who comes upon you.

2.) never target his droid, use your droid and your attacks on BH only (this also is same strategy for ch/bh, ignore the pets)

3.) move away from him. droids cant follow as fast and eventually you'll get him out of range to get the droid to follow. Also the heal bonus from droid only works if he's within 15m (rough idea as its hard to test). Once you get him running after you, the bonus to heals is gone as droid wont stay within range for long. If you're using a droid also, then issue a stay command to your droid. Move some distance away so his droid loses ability to follow then work your way back to your droid and issue attack commands (works every time). He has no choice but to follow you leaving his droid behind.

4.) get yourself some droid repair kits and use to heal your own droid. I know this will be tough to find as most DE dont bother to make them. I never used to bother because demand is low since bacta can heal a droid. Using the best resources possible, I was able to get repair kits with stats of 2306 heal / 41 uses. They can be used every 15 seconds and dont draw aggro from mobs either like bacta does.

The devs have never responded to our inquiries if bacta toss is intentional or an exploited bug. Seems to me its a bug, otherwise why bother letting us craft repair kits in first place. Regardless, it wont be fixed ever. We have droid bugs going back to launch and being the least-played crafting profession means no work coming our way.

This is just one issue in a long series of problems for droid engineers. Add in the nerfs to jedi and I see no reason to play anymore. The game I followed and loved since beta 3 years ago is long gone. Therefore Ive quit SWG and will be moving to other mmorpgs like Dark and Light. If anyone on eclipse is looking for droid repair kits and capped combat droids, stop by and grab them up as Im done. I have several crates of 50 left along with maybe 12 probot droids with combat, auto-repair, and med bonus
