can't see any + speed or + accuracy on the new skill trees, so my capped out suit now worthless??

yep my +251 hand speed, +25 1 hand acc, +12 gen melee speed, +16 gen acc, my alts +25 weapon exp, +25 weapon ass, + 12 point artisan and 12 point armorsmith suit worthless, my resources pretty much worthless, my other alts, 2 hand and gen melee suit, and all of my adks
