not sure of your whole quastion but

a good saber is about

150-250dmg

3,4speed

48 fc

96 sac

all above it is pretty nice

and offcourse this is without pearls and such

about the tape yes it is +25 that is cap and you can get +15 in one and +10 and get the same resultat as +25 tape

but as i know +1 is cap on force regain i never seen any higher anyway

Then add 4 premium pearls, each 120 dmg and -0.3 speed.....would give you a final saber of 1180-1280 damage, 0.8 speed.

Base saber stats are about 150-250 damage and 3.3 speed, that means with no pearls or crystals inserted.
