Now. I must admit this was err, interesting. First of all, I dont run, I never run. Just about anyone in IA, EH, SSA and a lot in WE Guilds know this.

Scenario:

On an occasion my wife will log into the game, from upstairs in her home office area, and we flirt (nothing illicit). We usually joke around, summon each other, yada yada. We always meet on a bridge outside of Theed. Well, thats where we were for about 30 minutes, talking, joking, you know the routine.

A Bounty Hunter shows up. He is unable to initiate combat. He gets irate, REALLY fast. Demands I leave the bridge etc, or he's reporting it for exploiting? Needless to say, no one dictates anything to me ingame or otherwise. I /addignore him, and carry on with my "virtual wooing". He commences to flame my wife in tells, thinking she's not who she really is. Then it gets almost vulgar. Needless to say, I had her logoff and proceeded to do the same.

Did I do wrong? Did I exploit in any fashion? Was that right for him to literally dereclimate my real wife like this ingame, or can he actually get away with that?

Hi Maxxis!

You were playing the game....its the same as me having a guild meeting and having a BH demand i come out to fight...

or dueling/trainign with my guildmates and being "required" to come outside...

Some BHs are just tools

The Bounty Hunter sounds like a complete ass. Did you offer to fight him AFTER you were doing talking to your wife?

If he got insulting with your wife, I would have reported his butt. It's your right to be anywhere in the game. If you were on the ground and ran to the bridge to use the blind spot, then it would be a different story. The BH should have asked you to get off the bridge, or scrap the mission and start a new one. He probably lost more time insulting you both than what it would have took him to go back to kadara and get a new mission.

things like this happening are exactly the reason why i hate BH,some think that our sole purpose in this game is to entertain them and be their content, you need to report this SOB for his foul language to your wife too, thats unacceptable

Thanks for the feedback. To answer the other person, I checked the timestamps, we had been sitting on the bridge for 36 minutes total before he showed. And only one time did I stand up to do a /dance.

Dueling him would not bother me, but come to think of it, I want nothing to do with him. You just don't say some of those things to a man's wife.

You know, I didn't even think about that. I bet anything that would have gotten a response to.

ok so you were on the bridge by the sp in theed.. the one that crosses the river that goes to the falls badge? if he wanted so much to attack you why the hell didn't he just walk up the stairs and shoot you, i think that guys is a complete A$$.
why would he ask you to move to get a clear shot from a distance he should have moved and got close to you. it's the bh's job to come to you not you to him.

oh and have you and him report that f00l, better late than never

grrrrrr i hate ppl like him i would have there heads roll and impaled outside starport for a week so everyone could see they were a bunch of idiots

If it were real life I would imagine you would bust the guy in the mouth for talking to your wife like that, but being it is in a virtual world, I would do the only thing i could to take him down - report him.
