Thread: What I am seeing here numbers wise

What I see here on most templates numbers wise doesn't seem to add up, although I may be missing something here.
We start out with 250 skill points to use up throughout the template set ups, but the templates I see people have add up to 221 skill points used up, what about the other 29 skill points? is that used up in the lower levels or are those that I have seen not full sets yet?
Example:
MLS - 89 points
Enh - 4004 - 48 points
Heal - 4000 - 28 points
Def - 0040 - 28 points
Pow - 0400 - 28 points

221 points
I recently returned to the game and am on my FS quest/grind (village patrols and such)and still not 100% sure how it all works out yet.

up 24 points for fs skills you can never drop, and with that template the last 5 points cant go nowhere
