Cloak aside, want an opinion or two on:
1: Master Powers; Master Lightsaber; Healer 4040
or
2: Master Powers; Master Lightsaber; 0040 Defender; 1000 healer
or
3: Master Powers; Master Lightsaber; 3000 Healer; 0020 Defender
or
4: Master Powers; Master Lightsaber; 2000 Healer; 3000 Defender
What ya'll think?

In all them templates u gonna have a lot of downtime trying to get ur force back sad to say thou

To be honest, I really don't see the point of mastering both LS and Powers... It's a total waste. It used to work, back when lightsaber toughness was part of the game and inside lightsaber tree, but now mastering the 2 damage dealing jedi prof would just be a huge waste of defense or crowd control abilities. I suggest you pick saber 0404 or power 4400. Then some defender or enhancer.
Of coure you have to chose wich template will suit your style best, but I can't see a way to put those 2 masteries into a template without suffering a lot !

Decissions decissions I am MDEF MSaber Heal 3000 Enh 0002. I still have my token repec and I am waiting till after Dec to use it. Hmm,..... anything with a lot of enhancer gives me trouble. However with pvp I do great. So in Pvp it is better to be in a group and more rounded since I can have fun with pve also. This game is leading away from soloing so,.... M Power M Enh was the most fun and the most force cost. Would be nice if I could have fun with a temp,..... Hmm fun what is that,....

to me, and many may disagree, i feel that a double master, post CU, is less powerful than a single master dabbler. Though i full appreciate all your templates, I can't roll any dual mastertemplate that won't end up in the cloner more often than a single master dabbler. But if you must go mpowers and MLS, i'd pickup 4040 healer and hope that FRS gives you some great saber block to add to your defences.
