To answer your post, this is not an exploit .. maybe a bug, but not an exploit. The reason your LS throw was darkened and you could not do anything else is because you probably tried to execute the comand as you were being tossed from the house when you recieved the teff. Hence the command "locked" and you were unable to use Saber throw or any other attack. To resolve this issue,hit your 'Esc' key 2-3 times or type /clear to clear the command from the queue. This is the same as if you hit burst run twice, it would lock int he queue and you will be unable to do anything till you load into another zone or you press 'esc' or type /clear.
