Which phase of the village and which quest gives you that reward?
Is there a possibility i can do that quest with my jedi?

is there still a difference between a Reg. LS Crafting tool, and a LS Crafting Tool from the Village??

...the saber crafting kit form the vilage is a special quest reward that gives you ALL CRITICAL SUCCESSES but it only has so many uses. A regular ls crafting kit is well ...a regular one but with the village one you are guaranteed an UBER CRITICAL SUCCESS each time

if you want the best saber. Drink a bespin port, borrow a friends special crafting clothing loaded with MASSIVE crafting skill enhancements. and use premium crystals and the village crafting kit :-D
