Also were supposed to be getting light and sith bonus's to us, doing quests and depending on how you finish them you get bonus for light or dark and whichever way that is gives you bonus's to diffrent jedi abilities and also hinderances to the opposite (light or dark) a little bird told me.... but who knows how it will come out.... Iam likeing it more and more....

I don't know which little bird that was...but I certainly haven't heard about any respec becoming available with each expansion. RoTW was timed with the CU, so that was a coincidence regarding the timing.
What would be the purpose of allowing a respec with an expansion, really? The game doesn't really change dramatically.

Possibly, but I don't think respec will be awarded again.
