Out of about 18-20 prems I've had 2 in the -8 to -9 fc range with damge 35+, only decent thing I had was first prem i ever tuned like 2 months ago, a prem pearl, -9 48/48. Last prem crystal I tuned came out at -2 6/6 0.00 as, one before that was like -7 25/25 (3rd best prem i've tuned so far), I've actually deleted a number of prems after they tuned cos some quality ones i had were way better.......... at this rate I'll be forced to spend weeks on my alt hunting ns elders with other m8s who are in exactly the same position as me.

I tuned a quality crystal the other day and got -8 and then a premium and got -6.
Sounds like poop to me.

lol, yeh tell me about it, guess im just a bit disillusioned at spending 10 mil on a couple of items with "premium" in the title and to getzero for the hard earned credits, used to be you'd spend 10 mil on a uber rifle say and have weeks of endless pvp fun with it
Guess its just time to polish the big ol' acklay PH, sort out my alts template and get out there for a party withthe old dathomir hags.

I have tuned about 35 premium pearls in the last 1-2 weeks. I worked hard to get that many pearls saved up. So far I have tuned 2 PVP worthy that I saved. Three -9 that are mediocre damage I use in a 3rd Gen. Two -8's that were 50 damage I put into a 2nd Gen.Two -7's that I am saving for my Gen 1, which is what I used the most (seeing as my tunes come out so badly, to affraid to lose condition on what good ones I DO have saved up). The rest all came out -4 or -5, which is completely unacceptable! So basically months of work went down to the toilet. As for crystals tunes, I only have tuned 2 premium crystals. One came out -9 38/38 (I dont like the speed on this one, so I wont use it until I am forced to, or reach master LS). The other came out +4 (nope, not a typo) and 2/2.
I realize they want to try and lower prices, but making it such a big gamble. But honestly...more people hunt these for themselves than buy them. Sadly (once again) because of the actions of a few (people paying to much) we all have to suffer (people who are poorer who work hard for premiums).

I'd like nothin better to head out to dath for a few weeks or hunt krayts, but at the minute my xp grinding is formost. besides what else do i have to spend my cash onother thanpotential pvp crystals/pearls for when im done. Rate its going now i'll be forced to take time out to loot a lot of them in order to get what I need.

you can go hunt elders Krayts!
Spend hours on the hunt and mabye loot one or two premium! Then tune em to totally crap.
Then do it over and over again! and get nothing but Crappy tunes!
Last 20 premiums of mine tuned crap .....

I've tuned yesterday 20 Chrystals (19 Fair,Good,Quality; 1 Premium)
My first 19 tunes was purely crap from
-6 dmg to +46 and FC from 0 to -3 
My last tune was the Premium (and this was my last hope)

sold 2 prems:
one tuned: 36 -9
other tuned: 30 -6
Not that bad actually!
I have yet to tune a prem to FC better than -7, after I became knight!
My first 3 prems ever tuned was all FC-9 though!
I tuned much better in my younger days - when I was a noob Padawan - sadly

I started anothe thread with my ill fortune, but yeah. 6 qualities, 1 good. Not a single one tuned to something I would use in a saber.
Best tune to date is 32/32 -5.
I hate this system so very very much.
