Actually healing wounds is a suck way of getting Doctor or Combat Medic xp since in order to get the best xp takes making advanced wound treatment packs and the time it takes for the skill to recharge is pretty long.

What I consider the best way to get xp is by using first aid. Most combat classes get a bleed so get someone to bleed someone else in a duel then peace out and then use First Aid on the bleeds. It takes about 2-3 first aids to get rid of a bleed and for at least 2 of them you get 300xp per pop and the skill has a low ham cost and recharges in about 2 seconds. The best thing about it is that it takes absolutely no resources to advance in the skill also.
