You go try it and let me know how it works for you then.

I soloed Necrosis, but I didn't use any of the strategies of the fine jedi who posted this. My template is master powers, healer 4200, enhancer 3004, defender 4400. I used a pistol to do the brunt of the damage to poor grievous, and fled to avoid damage. For my part, the hardest part is getting necrosis away from his comrades... if you run around in circles enough, though, they'll just meander away, getting tired of the chase. After that, you need to kill the blasphemousnecrosis healing machines. After the machhines are dead, and the nk-3's are either dead (if you choose to kill them first) or out of the way, use force speed, infusion, run, and default attack. You're slightly faster than grievous this way, and with the pathing the AI currently have, you can just run around in circles while they follow your trail, shooting them as need be. When force run wears off, it's sometimes best to throw down a force wave, so he won't catch you, but a couple 1k hits are easily negatedby a couple force heals. Anyways, I only did it once, as it takesalmost the full30 minutes, and I can kill djm's in about 1/3 of the time using the same tactics... except that you don't get caught by the djm, or you lose.

How do you draw the guards one by one with a pet? I've seldom used pet before.

well i might as well throw in my 2 cents...i have been soloing necro for weeks now...the guards are easy to pull...you just talk to tourn and then run straight for hill that goes up to bars...you can stop at the base of the hill..then turn and you will see necro walking to charge on a power cell...then just walk towards gaurds till they see you.."!" over there heads... turn and run up hill...anyone that can solo necro should be able to take out both gaurds at once...then just replenish force bar and take on necro...I usually channel 5 or 6 times and i hit him hard the whole time...and keep armor break on...

And no this doesn't need a fix...even with this guide most people will not be able to solo him because of thier template or because their saber doesn't have good pearls..and even some that do have both...still will fail cause of the 10 min of concetration it takes to take him out...

I have the same template and can do it in much less time with a saber not nearly as good.I use very similar tactics except I dont like channeling during a fight like this becuase of the huge action cost soinstead I have a Junti Mace I use to bash him with. When my action gets low I slap a new AB on, pull themace out and make "Melee Hit" my default attack untileither my action is full orAB is about towear off. Melee Hit uses hardly any action, hits harder thanyou would expect andof course no force costso it works great.

Also, why always use your jedi healing when you can use a stim every 30 seconds too?! You can findStim D's that heal for 1300ish. Ruby Bliel will also let you use more stims but maybe not enough compared to the filling it has.

Aholocron is another option if you want to do it faster . save all thataction you waste channeling and just pop a holo when your force gets low. Course you can only do this once per day but still works great.

great guide & video

There's something just not right for me about being a Jedi and using a Mace. I'm happy it works for you, but I won't do it.

As for the Stims, yes I know about how all of that works, but I'd rather just focus on Jedi heals than worry about when I can use a Stim D again, but I'm sure they work great.

If you're not master defender you'll have a hard time solo'ing a mob like that.

It's 617-713, can't remember the DPS off the top of my head at 0404 Sabers, but it's near 525 or so I think. You really should be able to with MLS. Do you have Aura active? If you have infusion, is it active? How much healer do you have? Are you channeling constantly?

At the very worst, you could have another Jedi just stand there and /transferForce to you...really easy.

Aye. I can solo it as MLS - and the new damage with pub18 makes it hella easier.

I'm 4040 Def btw

Aslo it's better to wear robes for the added force pool and regen. Defender 4340 and mlsmeans you probably don't have good healing and force infusion to go with the template.
