i allways get agged if i help mates grind even if they have nice wepons like capped dmg and such

The thing people have to remember with your lightsaber damage is that it is for PVP and high end PVE. A capped damage rifle will most likely outdamage you in low level PVE fighting. But in high end PVE and PVP that rifles damage gets mitigated down to the min damage. Jedi sabers have close damage ranges and also the highest elemental damage (which is unmitigated by ranged/melee defenses).

Now I'm totally with you in saying that some Jedi disciplines need serious help, but keep in mind....

BH's are supposed to be a tank class and he couldn't tank the mob.

Yes you are right and wrong. Right that the high min damage is best, wrong that non-Jedi can't get a weapon that can rival high end sabers.

Elemental damage does not scale with our damage modifers. In the combat spam it adds at most 100 extra damage. So a high end saber would be say 620 min damage + 100 extra damage.

Are you saying you can't get a weapon more than 620 min damage? If that's the case then you need to shop around.

btw, Jedi will be outdamaged even with perfect saber in PvE if the player is using a nuking weapon. Rifles or Swords will match a good saber. Now you might say Armor break make up for in PvP.....nope 75% AB resists basically removes that and in PvE you will still be outdamaged since the Ranged will have the benefit of the AB on their damage when you both fire at the same thing.
