i mastered 11 and im on my 12th....
I think im going to unlock it on this one though and

I wouldn't necessarily count on it. One person claimed to have done 3 holo's, then checked his fourth, it said Rifleman. He proceeded to master another half dozen professions and then checked a holo and it was silent (suggesting he'd mastered 4 holocron professions because he hit the 5th before mastering the 4th). He thought Rifle's would unlock him...mastered rifleman and nothing happened.

Musician, Medic, Doctor, Brawler, Pikeman (H1), Artisan, Merchant (H2), Squad Leader (H3), Marksman (H4), Scout, Ranger, Entertainer, Dancer.

I Hate to say it, but try Merchant.
A number of ppl have said this opened the slot.
It was the easiest prof i mastered, btw! 
I got it out of the way just in case.
