And to Blixtev saying these people are ruining.. if they hadnt told us, what would i do when the expansion comes out? buy it then realised that you just ruined my template by not alowing me to have hybrid template.. i'd much rather know now so i can cancel, than find out after that my character is worthless.
Antares by your response im assuming you believe that somehow RANGED CYBERNETIC ARMS HAVE SOME TYPE OF DISADVANTAGE?

So are you saying you, personaly, cracked the compression just a few hours ago? And your also saying it doesnt take long to extract? Is there anyway we can contact you off these boards where things are "bannable"?
Read my other posts. And interpet mine correctly. Said its been cracked since early after Publish 18, though the person who did that hasn't built nor will build a UI for their extraction process. Others have also cracked this and there is a post at http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?t=1361 where its being worked on, where at least one more person has cracked at. The format of TOC files is posted there btw.
I'm not sure how this would be a problem. I did the calculations and a person with this template wouldn't have enough points over for even novice medic. They would go down fast.

No, I meant just what I said: min-max range is more important than DPS in PvP. The higher the numbers are, the better, no doubt, but a weapon with higher DPS than another but with a large min-max range won't do as well as one with a lower DPS but better min-max range. Mitigation won't affect the damage output as much.

Thanks for clarifying lol, still you must agree that any Sabor made post CU with post CU pearls most likely has some serious disadvantages as far as Damage Output is concerned, unless they had tens of millions of credits laying around to dump in a sabor. (Lucky for me, I did)

Nevertheless the DPS is calculated taking into consideration the Min/Max Damage as well as speed, its alredy known DPS means nothing, specially in PvP, but it would be nice for lightsabers to be as good as some other weapons out there. I think this has been discussed many times now, there is no comparison between a post CU saber with a sliced and puped Proton Carbine for example... I think thats what Falc is referring to.
And to the dev post... meh.. why Im not surprised? He even gets moody because of this! and not only that, but he forgets howscrewed up Jediis.Wow! I think they just forgot what the 'costumer' word means.

Blixtev, I dont personally use a laser rifle with my powers temp but i included Some basic lightsaber skills in my temp. The laser rifle is a key component for powers users who dont have any saber before you nerf the jedi ability to use them you guys need to fix Master Powers so it can stand on its own two feet without the need for a real weapon and they cant use lighting in pvp because the timer makes the skill useless you rarely have a chance to fill the timer without being hit first.
Why do you guys think they have resorted to using a laser carbine? Its because Powers is very weak for damage output and the laser rifle is the only thing letting them compete.
Why have you guys taken away our ability to make nice weapons and now joke about it? I assure you we are not laughing.
