Ep's 4-6 saber combat was very slow all round. Remake them all I say! Heh, seriously, its a striking difference that isn't down to lack of Ehnhancer, but more to do with the way they make films now compared to 20 yrs ago.....
1. Why not be original? Why must your character be "based" on the others? My soon to be jedi is a ex slave (she murdered her master and stowed away on a ship to escape) twi'lek that was discovered as FS by High Inquisitor Tremayne... As Tremayne does with all FS he finds, he tried to recruit her for the Inquisition, and once she has proven her loyalty, he will train her as a dark jedi. She's not "based" on any NPC in any book, novel, or movie... She's Jen'tara.
2. There is an rare NPC (MOB, whatever) called "Dark Jedi Master" that is level 289. Darth Vader is supposedly the most powerful jedi EVER(or at the least the most powerful currently and/or before Luke)... If that is the case... then he's not limited to level 80 like us. NPCs don't have limits like we do...

Couple things about the Darth Vader template....
First of all I've always thought of Vader as being a Two-Handed Saber user. Really the only time you see him use a One-Handed saber style is during the beginning of the Luke fight in ESB, but I've always thought he was doing that to toy with Luke. Also, in all the movies I never once saw Vader block anything with his lightsaber. His saber was crafted for him by Palpatine, and he decided to abandon his ability to craft sabers all together. He was definitely Master Powers, and was able to use everything except Force Lightning due to his mechanical arms. Since he invested the majority of his skill points into the powers line, he must have had both Improved Aura and Improved Force Armor, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to defend himself the way he did (blocking Han's gun shots simply from using his hands anybody??), but he fell to a MLS template (Luke IMHO) in the end due to his lack of Master Defender (afraid to use Force Choke against his son). Also, he had to have had Improved Fusion, and Advanced Heal, as well as wound heal, or how else would he have kept himself alive, considering how FUBARed his body was. 
So....

Could some1 with at least defender xxx4 test if you can +Block+ without saber equiped?
But a very nice List... Job well done.
Just one comment... It's refering to Luke.. it's mainly post ep.6 but i think it starts to show in that episode too.
If i'm not mistaken Luke becomes so powerfull that he can use the force at will in both Light and Dark ways to his choosing
Meaning in my opinion that he keeps switching templates to benefit himself as needed. So he is either one super dooper power
grinder, has billions of jedi xp stored, or my favorite and most probable he has unlimited respec and just switches at will.
I call we get unlimited respec option once we hit 225k+ on the terms so we can really have fun.
