I just tuned 3 premium crystalstoday and boy am I very upset...
-1/44, -5/23, -4/44
I can't even put one of these in my grind saber, that is if I needed to grind.

hehe i got myself a couple of -8fc from fair rated crystals, they should help me in my grind. i will be keep my premium crystals for abit just incase they fix this somehow.

In the last 2 days, me as well as 2 other guildies have tuned a total of 7 premium crystals, the worst was a 40 -8, with a 45/45 -9, a 44/44 -9, a 50/50 -9, and a 49/49 -9 among them... Dunno if this is a sign of a fix or not...

I so much agree here!
SOE/the Devs/CSR needs to help the players ALOT more, fix the bugs (if not then make it fair by helping people that are suffering from bugs)!
This will be the main reason why I will eventually quit this game and start playing WOW ...
It's sad because this game is so cool - The costomer service is just so crappy

go here to /sign a idea for better tuneing...
I looted 4 crystals off NS's last night, 1 poor from a ranger tuned to -6 FC 29 damage while my "Premium" tuned to 16 damage and -2 FC got to love it.

All i can say is /bug /bug /bug /bug
The more reports they get the farther up the "fix it" list it will get. If they are getting 2 reports a week on this it will go to the bottom of the pile. If they are getting 100 reports a week they will act.
Be sure to include:
Server
Time
Item Type (Crystal / Pearl)
Quailty
Condition before tune
Stats post "tuning"
Remember - CSR "fix" gaming issues and answer questions. The /bug reports go straight to the DEV's. CSR's do NOT report issues. If you put in a CSR ticket on it you are wasting your time.
