Ok.... for everyone that says "hang on, it's only a rumor".... you are truly in denial. 35% will be about where it's at, but relax, the other changes will give a little compensation. Armor won't be anywhere near 90%... melee attackers will have to be within 6 meters to hurt ya..... Dots will be somewhat nonexistant, and you'll not likely be warcried to death anymore.
Just watch out for those pistol guys.

The point I'm making is.... maybe only being at that low level of block won't be that bad, if the attackers trying to hit you won't
be hitting as much either.
