2. Watching my toon fight.. Now all I watch is the damn cooldown timers or the combat queueLOG to see when I've hit. I dont even know what half my moves look like!

2 things i miss.....


(1.) Saber Dervish man that skill used to own, not it bites


(2.) Jedi actually working and 1 jedi actually being able to take on 6 other players, most fun ever

1) being able to kill things without haveing to constanly heal (i had no Medic pre-cu)

2) Jedi was rare and feared.

I need to answer this for my Jedi and non-Jedi toons:


Jedi:

1) Saber Dervish: Not needing to master LS to be awesome offensively

2) Being something worth working for, the reward was worth the effort. Can't say that's the case now.


TKM:

1) Combat system: que andthe rapidness of combat and the animations (I loved seeing the red streaks flying off my hands and feet). BTW, why is my damage lowered now when I use a VK?

2) The variations in the MOBs. Different mobs had different resits, DOTs, etc. Added complexity to the game.


Chef:

1) Foods that were valuable in that they provided real benefits that lasted more than 10 minutes (aren't you guys ticked that chef foods don't do as much nor last as long as they did pre-cu?).

2) Needing Master Chef to make the good stuff. Why in heck do artisan foods compete with master chef foods? (any of you out there use Blop Candy, Spiced Tea, Won Won? All artisan foods).


And the overall thing I miss are all the people that got fed up and quit as a resultof the CU (because of all the things they lost like skills, uber weps, friends, etc).

In summary, I dislike way more than I like. The cu isn't better, it's different. IMO, the constant nerfing of Jedi is a side affect of so many Jedi existing now and not a direct effect of the CU. The game could have achieved combat balance without a new combat system by simply tweaking resist levels, DOT duration, etc. Gee, isn'tthat what they have been doing ever since the CU came out, tweaking the flaws in it?


The only thing I like about the CU is the fact that there is a benefit to hunting in groups again. They could haveoffered similar rewards pre-cu (like extra xpand/orextra pay when grouped and members are close by). Making it a must is a pain, esp given all the peeps that have left.
