I have mastered 1 holocron profession, from my understanding, I should get one free FS tree.
I have been directed by my friends to paemos, but I dont get an option to learn any trees.

is this a bug or am I just wrong about getting a free tree if you have done one holo ?

I have done 9 professions total by the way

hmm, I assumed I would be in the category of 5 profs remaining.

if I had more profs remaining I wouldn't be in any group that got acces to the village

Thanks so much for posting this thread!! It is so hard reading through the thousands of posts when you're looking for answers (especially when people are not descriptive in their subject lines)..and I'm sure it's frustrating for those on this board who have no interest in the Village. I'm also very glad to see people asking here, and furthermore, people answering.

So I've read through this thread and several others. The stickied jedi revamp on this board was very helpful in deciding which FS branches I would take. But I am still sooooooo confused.

I was eligible to open 5 branches (20 boxes). I did so. Kinda wish I had understood the phase thing before I trained them all, but so be it. Now I need to open one more branch (4 boxes) before I'm eligible for the padawan thingy, is this correct?

Well, I traded in a whole bunch of xp that I knew I would not be using...did this with Paemos, or whatever his name is. Well after trading in all this extra xp, I got a system message that said I was eligible to train for Novice in Heightened Senses. I did not have to do any quests to get this system message, it just appeared after I traded all that xp in.

So here's my question. Suppose I do want a branch (4 boxes in one line) in the Heightened Senses. Can I now go to Nordlan and train the novice box? If the answer is yes, do I then get and convert my xp and train up the boxes and then I'll be elible for Padawan (or rather, my 2nd visit from old man).

Or is my thinking wrong? Do I still have to do a quest before I can train the novice heightened senses and then go up a line?

Hopefully you can answer because I don't want to train it unless I know I won't have to do a quest. But if I have to do a quest first, I want to get it done..and otherwise want to start getting the xp I need in order to convert.

It has been confirmed that after getting your 24 fs boxes you wait for a second visit from the old man, at which time he gives you the wp to go kill melichae.
