(I know, I know, I´m only complaining, many people have same problems, someday the drop will be fixed... but that´s no excuse, and I´m SO tired... Now, flame if you want...)

Man go farm them yourself then. Pre-cu jedi tuned 50+ premiums to make a nice saber (perfect looking for more like 100+ tunes). No need to pay for them when you have an alt you can make into a bh or even hunt krayts yourself.
And trust me, for 45 tunes those are pretty dang sweet tunes.

We would rather keep the premium pearls as they are - highly desirable and much better (in terms of the odds of getting higher stats) than normal pearls, but not drop them as casually as they dropped in the past. These should be rare, elite quest rewards and very high-end, elite-monster drops - not things that players "farm" from creatures that are no match for the player.

tiggs has proven that she has no clue what she is talking about by stating this exact thing. i started a thread "end the myth and conjecture" and not one person was able to show they tuned a less than premium for near perfect stats. you want to believe her lies then go ahead, i will not however.

Yep, I tuned over 400 crystals/pearls to get the 8 that I use in my 2 sabers. Thank goodness i finished my temp pre CU and could farm premiums.

from the 3 prem pearls i had pre cu two tuned 50/50 48/48 so that was nice. the other..well isnt worth mentioning only got 1 left tho

Nah, you don't need them. But the problem comes when 1/4 of the population has them super fast pre-cu sabers, then the playing field gets drastically uneven. My saber is getting decent at 575max, but still get completely owned by people with a real saber. It's like a guns against knives type thing.

I wouldn't say she's lying that fast. Ever think that it is just a .1% chance of tuning perfectly? I would relate tuning a "perfect" saber nowadaysto winning the 100 million dollar lotto.... four times.

Not particularily true, My chances of looting premiums or flawless weren't that great due to my supersticion of being so unlucky or I had bad choice of spawns, but when I DID get some they tuned better than the 100+ fair/good/qualities I tuned, as stated several times premium/flawless has a much higher percentage to tuning better in fewer loots than it takes for fair/goods to even be remotely worth keeping. I think 40+ is about appropiate since they're not that easy to get anymore, they don't drop on every kill and after 3+ hours at the Corsair POI or the Force cave I only got 3 and they all tuned like poop. I may continue to farm fro crystals but I doubt I'll get any better than the ones I already have.
