Where did you hear that high level mobs were being brought back in? I had heard that they were removed, but have not seen anything saying that they would be reintroduced. Link please.

I imagine never.
They were mostlikely removed to balance jedi, time to just except it.

Ive seen many post about what stats crystals/pearls people currently have. But what stats are Post CUPremium Pearls giving out there?
Im interested to see what the lowest and average tunes on these are.
Sorry about adding another crystal thread
Thank you

They tune the same, you still have a chance at a perfect tune, and a better one with a flawless, even pre cu it took many prems and flawless to get aperfect saber as many as 30-50 for some depending on luck

pre-cu I tuned 5 premium pearls, and 2 of them were -9 with over 100 damage (one was 118, the other 106ish, converted) but post-cu I've tuned nearly 30 quality pearls and the best I get is 60ish damage and around -5 fc.
premium is much better than quality, this is to be expected

then that would totally diminish the fact its all random then wouldnt it because random means regardless of the situation or the type of enviroment every one has a int chance at what ever.
set randomizer()
run randomizer()
test 15 times in 15 different scnearios and it should always bee different
seems to me that if a premium has a better chance then a flawless and that has a better chance then a qaulity and so in then its not random at all because they add the modifier element into it seems to me it works more like this
random = 100 random numbers - perl quality type
so prem would be 100 - 90 giving 10 random tune values
flawless 100 -20 giving 2o random
quality 100 -30
and so on wich isnt random at all wich means a. the devs lied to us and b. the state of perls needs to be addressed once and for all because its just silly now tiggs has made a fool of her self and all of us as more stats are released on perl tunes its pretty damn obvious that the code to calculate the stats is hard and not random and the generator used has a perl quality modifier to it.

Dear lord, it is random, under each quality ratiing, however, each quality gives you a bonus, thus if you were rolling a hundred sided die, poor would give you no bonus, fair mayb +5, good +15 etc premium and flawless have a much higher chance of tuning well than others, but also havea chance oftuning crap, as on of the ones i tuned recently did 86/86 -3 -.01 speed.
So is it random, yes. Do you get a bonus based on pearl/crystal quality, yes. Or why else would they have ratings.

Im just trying to figure out what the hell you think is going on? I mean if all pearls were random then the quality wouldnt matter. Its obvious that there has to be some modifier or some kind of code change between the quality of pearls. Either the random tune range is different or different quality pearls tune and then add different amounts on top of the tune based on their quality, something. Its impossible to have tunes be completely random and make it so that higher qualities have a better chance. Quit whining about the Devs. There is no great consipracy, its called economics. They can onlyputso many people on the team before theydon't make any money.They only have the manpower to do so many things.
Every post here about the tuning of pearls is not statistically viable either so dont rely on those. There are either not enough samples or there is no guarantee that people have only posted their bad tunes. It would take a lot more than what people have done here to prove anything about pearl tunes.
When the devs get to fixing the drops theyll get to it.
Prems and flawless can tune badly, they just havea lower chance, their range is teh same, they just have a better chance of tuning well. this has been explained before.
