Unfortunately one can only assume what the FRS will bring. So unless SOE actually post what they intend to do you are making an assumption. Even with 90% block what is the point if you cant get into range to attack the target.

From what I've head from a guildie on TC, the snare will override FR. BUT (!!!!) Snare is much much harder to apply. A jedi with State resists is next to impossible to snare. He also said it was next to impossible to apply a snare to a krayt or level 82 NPC. He said it took about 10 tries to snare using the electrolyte drain. This may be a good thing since the MBH/MCMs will fry their minds trying to apply it.
